Bring a Trailer Auction Listing Service - $600 + 6% Commission
Drop off your car and we’ll manage the entire sale from start to finish. We detail & photograph the vehicle and handle the auction submission process. During the auction we answer buyer questions and conduct in-person viewings. After the sale, we handle payment, paperwork, and coordinate delivery to the buyer.
Photography & Video - $600
Meet with us for a photoshoot. 120+ photos of exterior, interior, and undercarriage. 3 videos showing a cold start, walk-around, and driving. Our photography adheres to the strict BaT requirements checklist, ensuring fast acceptance and a beautifully thorough presentation.

When you hire us to handle your auction, we take on the sale as if it were our own car.
We prepare the car for sale. Detailing, minor mechanical work, photos, videos, digitizing service records, etc.
We submit the car for auction and provide all required info.
We handle all communication with buyers & reply to questions and comments throughout the auction.
When the car sells, we handle paperwork, payment, and coordinate shipping or pick-up with the buyer.
Funds are wired to your account as soon as we receive payment from the buyer.

6% of the total sale price. No payment is due until the vehicle sells.

Absolutely. We work with the auction to establish a reserve price that works for you.

In this unlikely scenario, the high bidder is given a second chance to make an offer. If a deal still cannot be reached, the car is returned to you. A $600 fee is charged for the photos and videos. No additional fees are due, and you can keep & use the photos in any future listings.

If you book a photoshoot only, you’ll get ≈150 photos and 3 videos to satisfy the BaT or C&B checklist. Also includes 5-10 “glamor shots” to really show off the car.

Dropoff is near Half Moon Bay, CA, 94038.
For Photoshoots, we can meet anywhere within 60 miles of 94038 at no extra cost. Beyond that, additional mileage fees may apply.
